Do I need a referral?
You can book a private physiotherapy appointment without a referral. For a GP care plan, WorkCover or CTP, contact reception about the required paperwork and approval.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being assessed. Bring relevant referrals, reports and any claim details.
What will my appointment cost?
Current fees are shown when you choose an appointment type in the online booking system. Health-fund and Medicare rebates depend on your eligibility and cover; ask reception if you are unsure.
