Dilhan Jayamanne

BAppSc(Physiotherapy) / Mast.Man.Therapy, MAPA

Dilhan graduated from the University of Sydney in 2003 and has since excelled in the field of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy. He further added to his skill-set by attaining a Master of Manual Therapy at the University of Western Australia. Having worked extensively in private practice and gaining exposure to a wide variety of conditions Dilhan prides himself on accurately diagnosing one’s problem and tailoring an individualised treatment approach to achieve their goals. He predominantly uses a ‘hands-on’ approach to treatment and exercise based therapy in order to resolve the symptoms as well as addressing the cause of the underlying problem.

Adam Fracassi

M.Physiotherapy

Adam graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from Western Sydney University. He has a keen interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, placing a strong emphasis on keeping up to date with latest research. Adam provides specific and tailored treatments for every individual and is committed to maintaining a high standard of professional care to produce the desired outcome for every individual.

In Adam’s spare time he likes to keep busy by participating in all forms of sport and activities which include soccer, swimming, tennis, squash, and go-karting. In the past Adam has competed at a high level of both swimming and soccer. He has also spent some time gaining experience in sports coverage with some leading Sydney soccer teams.

Adam wishes to continue his passion for the body, health, and wellbeing through client centered care at Firstpoint Physiotherapy.

Aubrey O'Laco

MSC. Physiotherapy

Aubrey has completed a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and has gained experience across a range of different areas such as orthopaedic, paediatric, neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Her special areas of interest include neck and sports injuries, particularly for the knee and ankle.

Aubrey has a passion for helping people meet their goals and strongly believes in providing client-centred care. Outside of work, she is an avid gym-goer and enjoys participating in a range of different sports, especially Oztag and volleyball.

Whilst working at Firstpoint Physiotherapy, Aubrey also does sports coverage for Hawkesbury City FC. She aims to provide holistic, evidence-based treatment to all of her clients.”

Mariko Della-Savia

Physiotherapist (M.Phty USYD)

Mariko graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and has a keen interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She also has a background in exercise physiology and believes in using exercise therapy in combination with manual therapy to help individuals reach their goals. Mariko prioritises collaboration, communication and education to ensure treatment is tailored towards an individual. 

Since Mariko moved to Sydney in 2022 from Vancouver, Canada, she takes any opportunity to explore Australia and travel whenever she can. She also enjoys participating in a range of sports, especially soccer and spending time with her friends. 

Mariko’s passion for helping others motivates her to provide well-rounded care to everyone she has the pleasure of meeting and hopes to inspire others while working at Firstpoint Physiotherapy. 

Mariko Della-Savia

Athena

Massage Therapist

Athena completed Diploma of Remedial Massage in TAFE Meadowbank. She combines Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage techniques for relieving muscles tension and pain. She uses targeted and specific deep remedial techniques to create real and sustained change in the body. She dedicates her unique set of skills and knowledge in helping people to improve their health.
She is also a certified yoga teacher since 2016. With the knowledge of anatomy, physiology and yoga philosophy, Athena specialises in recommending stretching and strengthening exercises to maintain a strong yet flexible body. Her focus is helping people around her to build a happy and healthy life. She believes that massage is a great way to enhance balancing of mind, body and spirit.
